However, if despite that, you have purchased an item that you found defected, you may contact us with your purchase details and the pictures showing the defect WITHIN SEVEN calendar DAYS and we will gladly exchange it with the same item you purchased. The delivery charges in this case will be borne by us.
If on the other hand, the product wasn't faulty, but you didn't like it for any reason, you may contact us within 24 hours and return the product to us within THREE calendar DAYS. In this case, we will exchange it with another item of your choice with the same price tag from our store after we receive the returned product. The delivery charges of returning the product and shipment of the new exchanged item will be borne by you.
